I am a bonafide fifth year architecture student of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology ( NEUST ). I am presently conducting my thesis in Ar 515 (Design 9) entitled "Green City Integrated School".
I am in the process of gathering data that will be used in my study. Regarding this issue, I would like hereby seek your consent to allow me conduct research and help me obtain information i need in relation to my topic. The data to be needed are listed below;
1. Demographic data :
Enrolled kinder to grade 12 students for S.Y. 2018-2019 in region 3 including private and public school
List/Number of Schools in region 3 including private and public school
Classroom Needs/Backlog Data in region 3 including private and public school
Enrolled SPED students for S.Y. 2018-2019 in region 3 including private and public school
Number of teachers in region 3 including private and public school

I refer to my letter of Sep 25, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Demographic data in region 3 including public and private schools. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 18, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
