I refer to my letter of Jan 15, 2022 10:29:46 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for cross water connection design blueprint random sample document.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your identity and your query. Kindly provide us the following:
•	A clear copy of any of your other available government-issued ID with photo (apart from your TIN ID) for proper identification;
•	If you are conducting the research for academic purpose kindly provide an endorsement letter from your school and proof that you are a currently enrolled student conducting research (ID and or registration number);
•	Title and purpose of your research; and
•	Can you further elaborate your requests due to the reason that you are requesting a random sample document, which could convey your request INVALID as FOI request should be specific and detailed for us, the responding agency review if the data is available or not.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 05, 2022 05:18:12 AM, your request will be closed.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request: You asked for a cross water connection design blueprint random sample document.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot duly act on your request due to the absence of details and clarification requested thereof as enumerated in our response dated February 10, 2022.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
