Hi, I am an OFW based in Dubai and I have hired someone to process my school documents on my behalf with financial payments involved. It’s been 4 months and I don’t seem to see any progress. I have asked the person to return my official documents and the payment I have deposited so I can expedite it. How can I lodge a complaint please? I have his Gcash number, passport details and mobile number. Thank you.
