Hi, I was a scholar graduate last 2018 and I would like to ask if I can request for a Clearance to be used for Local Employment and Certification as DOST Scholar? What would be the possible requirements and what would be the process for my request to push through? Can it be also be sent to my email if possible? Thank you.
