Ms. Gange be knowledgeable and properly informed that the Freedom of Information is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. HENCE, we cannot provide you with a certification as we have no copy of documents you submitted for the application of DOLE-AKAP. What you are requesting is a personal information . We suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional VI Director or the Department of Foreign Affairs in Region 6 for documents on your repatriation. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: admin.cacdac@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
