For Hydropower:
2022 MRE Stocktake Paper (https://www.energytransitionpartnership.org/resource/marine-renewable-energy-in-the-philippines-sustainable-energy-from-ocean-spaces-and-resources/) - this provides info on LCOE, technological readiness, and capacity factor, among other things. also provides a good snapshot of various ocean energy systems. references listed can be a directory/guide regarding their research needs. Other specific attributes requested i.e. discharge, max cycles, median life carbon may not be applicable po re: ocean energy systems.
