We are BS Management students from University of the Philippines Cebu, conducting a study on the relationship between the annual budget of High Schools in Cebu City and the type of sector with respect to its National Achievement Test performance for the A.Y. 2018-2019. The goal of this study is to find out if which factors are significant in the NAT performance of every High Schools here in Cebu City using multiple regression model.
In connection with this, we humbly request for the following data:

I refer to my letter of Jun 19, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual School Budget of High Schools in Cebu City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 11, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
