Hello, Good day! My name is Riza P. Temblor. I am a graduate of the ALS back in 2009 at Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School. I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of my ALS Diploma for my application for University this school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
