August 10, 2021 Dear Mr. Romeo Navion, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 29, 2021 07:22:56 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Mr. Navion the OWWA is a government agency and adheres to the DATA PRIVACY ACT and the exemption of issuing information as per E.O. O2-2016 on the Freedom of Information. Hence, we could not provide you with any information as you did not submit one of the basic requirements of FOI which is a snapshot of a government issued ID. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: admin.cacdac@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
