We exist with the mandate to serve our developing community specifically that of providing adequate, safe, potable and affordable water by maintaining a dynamic, viable autonomous institution ran by a considerate staff and benevolent management operating under a world class standard of water and sewerage systems valuations and by sustaining an ecologically stable environment through the preservation of our watershed. An ecologically stable environment and a disciplined staff rendering service with quality to a supportive community is our gauge of success.

Service Pledge:

The Sorsogon City Water District (SCWD), together with its joint venture partner, PrimeWater-Sorsogon City, is committed to fully serve the general public to the best of its ability without regard to age, gender, or economic status. It is also committed to uphold the highest standard of public service consistent with its mandate as a public utility to deliver safe, portable, adequate and affordable water to the consuming public.

SCWD’s staff is properly trained and highly motivated to cater to the needs and complaints of its concessionaries and the general public.
